My Opa learning the English language

My Opa came to America in 1952 and taught himself the English language. After he died, we found some old tapes that were recorded over with polka music. To our delight, on one tape we can faintly hear him.  Listen.  When we cleaned out his home, we found the book that he was studying from. He was an amazing man.  Find him here on my inspiration page.

About Franki Jo

I would say that I'm best known around Wisconsin as “that girl who sings by the Sun Dial in Oshkosh during the Farmer’s Market”. Most people are shocked to learn that I'm only 16! While I perform at many public and private events around the state, Packers’ fans got to know me when I sang our Anthem at Lambeau Field in 2013. I love the theater and have been acting on stage since I can remember, and participate in adult theater and have been cast in several films and an award-winning music video (London Film Awards). You can find me online at or enjoy my app FrankiJo. My resume of achievements is deep, and you will surely enjoy attending my community performances--tell ALL your friends! I can never have enough friends, so please register to my website and email me any time!
