You can never be more than 100% just focus on doing the BEST you can!!! It’s hard enough doing that!!!
Be more interested in finding the best way, not in always having it your way.
Leadership is the ability to get people to work together for the common good and the best possible results while at the same time letting them know they did it themselves.
The smallest good deed is better than the best intention.
Big things are done only through the perfection of minor details.
Never waste a single second… because once it’s gone,
